A customer contacted me and asked me if I could make a fake Croquembouche to look like this one below.
I looked it over, and I immediately visualized what it would look like to have this pastry tower in fake food decor. It was probably one of the most exciting projects I’ve done.
Here is the finished fake Croquembouche that the girls and I put together. It was a huge task of piecing approximately 50 pieces of fake pastries into a tower form. We then created a drizzled glaze to top it off (scented of course) and voila! This is what we came up with.
We didn’t make this one as wide as this would have been outside of the scope of what the customer wanted; however, you can see the drizzles. What do you think?
